The Library has just launched Stereogranimator, a site that lets users turn our historic collection of stereographs into animated images like the one above.
My library has recently acquired a small (architecture-specific) anaglyph collection. This interactive site is just spectacular (and puts us to shame)! Kudos, NYPL.

View Larger I’m swooning over these never-before-seen Bill Ray photos of the Hells Angels and their “Old Ladies” (emphasis on the latter). In another time and place, I’d probably be out disappointing my parents with this gnarly bunch of fellas.
